These terms cover your use of Commodity Man’s website and beta features. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or other users’ access.

Beta service and accounts

Commodity Man is a developing service. Features, market coverage, and availability can change as the beta is updated. Keep your sign-in information secure and provide an email address you control. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service or respond to misuse.

Market information is not advice

Commodity Man provides general market information and tools for research. It is not investment, trading, lending, legal, tax, or agricultural business advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You make your own decisions and should check important information with the original publisher and qualified advisers.

Sources, units, and timing

Values and analysis may be delayed, revised, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. A report date is the source’s observation or publication date; a received or refreshed time is when Commodity Man last stored or processed that data. Those times can differ. The service is not a guaranteed real-time feed, and no result guarantees a future market move.

Source material remains subject to its publisher’s terms. Commodity Man’s displays and analysis may combine data with different frequencies, units, and coverage. Review the Data Methodology and each series’ source details before relying on a figure.

Paid features

At present the beta is free. Commodity Man does not currently accept subscription payments or offer checkout. The displayed Pro price and benefit list, where shown, are proposed only; those features are not available for purchase. No early-adopter price lock or future discount is currently promised. Any paid offer will have separate terms and a clear price before you can subscribe.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site to break the law, disrupt the service, or access another person’s account.
• Do not misrepresent Commodity Man’s analyses as guaranteed forecasts or as advice from Commodity Man.
• Respect the rights and usage terms of third-party data publishers and chart providers.

Availability and contact

The beta is provided as available and can contain errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Commodity Man disclaims implied warranties. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
